Special Power of Attorney
By this power of attorney I __________________ D/O _____________ resident ______________ Pakistani Passport #__________ do hereby nominate and appoint, _____________ S/o _____________ resident of ___________ __________________ holder of CNIC No ______________ as my Special Attorney and “Wali” to do all or any of the following acts, deeds, in my name and on my behalf, in connection with my marriage /Nikah with _______________ _______________________________ , with my free wish and will therefore my said attorney /wali, due to my non availability in Pakistan, can do the following acts and deeds in my name and on my behalf in connection with the aforesaid matter.
- To give my consent to the Nikah Khawan / Marriage Registrar (for my marriage with the aforesaid person) on my behalf and put his signatures on the nikah nama / marriage certificate as being myWali, where my signatures are required.
- To get the nikah nama / marriage certificate registered from the competent authority and pay the legal formal and codal in this regard.
- To appoint and arrange the witnesses of the marriage / nikahand fulfill all formalities whether the legal, formal or codal, in this regard.
- To give my consent to the Nikah khawan / Marriage registrar (for my marriage with the aforesaid person) on my behalf and put his signatures on the Nikah nama/ marriage certificate as being my waliwhere my signature are required.
GENERALLY to do all lawful acts, necessary for the above mentioned purposes. All acts deeds, things lawfully done by my aforesaid Attorney shall be purported to have been done by me and ratified by me..
